Pocketfold invitations are stylish, modern, and very elegant. Each invitation is different in that its custom designed to your color scheme, tastes, etc. You are involved in every step of the design process to ensure that it is uniquely you!
Here is how our process works:
Tell us what size, style, and colors you are interested in, how many inserts you need, font preference, quantity, and any other info you feel is necessary. You can email us that information here: info@sweetstuffdesigns.com
We will provide you a quote based on your information within two business days or less. If a sample of previous work is needed, please order one below. Please allow one week to process samples.
What's Next:
If you are happy with the samples and want to work together in creating your invite we will confirm all details with you via phone or email.
An electronic invoice will be sent for half the cost of the invitations as a deposit. Balance will be due upon completion of invitations.
We will then work up mock up design samples according to these specifications for you to review. From there you can make any changes. Revised designs will always be sent after changes are made. We ask for 24 hours to see new proofs. Most often proofs are sent in less time.
Once all your designs are finalized, we assemble one complete printed sample to specification and mail it out to you. This way you can see the colors, feel the paper, etc.
If further tweaks are needed, we will adjust as best as possible.
Once the final OK is given, we go to print and assembly. We ask for two - three weeks turnaround time for assembly.
Pricing:
5 x 7; 5 x 5 square, 6 x 6 sizes start at $4.25 each.
7 x 7, 7 1/4 x 7 1/4 or anything larger than this starts at $4.50 each
The following is included in your price:
v Two inner mounts for text
v Two inserts (usually directions and reception)
v Rsvp card made of matching mounts as inside of the pocket
v Outer and Rsvp envelopes with your return address printed
v A seal or a ribbon to close the pocket depending on style and customer preference.
vAll designing, proofs, changes, printed sample for approval.
vAssembly. You get a complete assembled invite. All you need to do is stamp your rsvp envelopes and tuck them in!
vThe envelopes we use are white or natural white depending on your color scheme. Anything outside of this will need to be discussed for cost and availability.
vWe also prefer using stardream papers. If you wish to use an Envelopment brand product please mention this as it will affect your cost.
